I have a case in which I am replacing 4 and 5. The sinus floor in area of #5 is 8.5mm from crest, but in the area of #4 it is 6mm from crest. Is osteotome technique to raise sinus 5-6mm in this area predictable or am I better off using the lateral windo

Shane and Dr. Lee; This is a common dilemma. A variation of different strategies can work here as Dr. Lee described. Osteotome Sinus Lift gives various results and is done "blind", I would prefer lateral approach or short wide implants if the bone availa
